The disease and its meaning.

According to the Royal Spanish Academy, illness is a state produced in a living being by the alteration of one of its organs or of the entire organism. If this definition seems a bit vague to you, then there are two of us.


If it is due to an alteration, then there must be something that causes it, but it must be something very sporadic and very rare since health is the natural state of the body of a living being. But if we observe the populations of the different species of animals and plants in nature without going into too much detail, we realize that this statement is true for them. Few of them are born with a disease or develop it and, generally, natural selection eliminates them. Fungi, viruses and bacteria are almost always the cause of some diseases and even coexist without leading to major consequences. "Zebras with cancer" or "lions with Crohn's disease" or "kangaroos with endometriosis" do not come to mind. In fact, most of the negative changes that can occur in animals and plants or other living beings on the planet are mainly due to human intervention, which results in drastic changes to the environment and the balance of nature.



But then, why are human beings so sick? How is it possible that most people are constantly battling some disease in one way or another, even without being aware of it? Babies, children, adults, the elderly, those who don't have it are calling for it.


Also, why are we so poorly adapted? If you were as you really are, naked, without the protection of clothing or sunscreen, you could not endure the sun or the cold for long, and although some are more adapted to the sun with darker or thicker skin, their exposure is limited. When have you ever seen a bear strip the skin off a seal to protect itself from the cold, or any other animal having to dress to protect itself with the coat of another? If we were primates, why do all the others continue to have their fur and we are hairless? Did nature anticipate that we did not need it because we would be wearing jeans and jackets in a few thousand years? In other words, we evolved to a worse connection with the environment and to changes that do not make us more adaptable, not to mention our offspring, who for years are practically incapable of surviving with the independence that any other animal would, including primates themselves. A human baby is totally helpless and dependent, unable to walk, run, cling to its mother's fur or climb, find food and water on its own, make decisions or hunt for food.



Something doesn't fit, and if you are here reading this post it is because you have started to ask yourself questions and doubt the scheme that you have been taught. You begin to stray from the herd, to question many things related to existence, for example. Maybe you feel sick and you are looking for answers that your doctor has not been able to give you. If this post only makes you laugh, don't worry, it is difficult to question things that we have never thought about in a different way. It is not your time, perhaps a little later some event will make you remember that you had read something similar and you will make the connection in your memory. Go at your own rythm.


If you continue down this path, it is because you are really considering going further and are looking for alternative answers. In any case, you must have a very open mind to see the information that is passed on to others and to assimilate new knowledge that allows you to evolve and grow. Something that may seem very crazy to you or that goes beyond the standards of what you consider real will be automatically rejected by your logic, because the main thing is that you are "indoctrinated." See everything as a possibility. You have to "unlearn."


What is the disease?


The question really is: what are you?


Without going into great definitions and starting with the densest part, which is matter, and in this case the biological body, a beautiful complex mechanism, let's say it is a suit that you wear. We can also use the term "vehicle." In a future post we will go into more detail.


Think, for example, about yourself in your car. You are not the car. The car contains you, transports you, serves a purpose. You can do things with that car that would be very difficult and sometimes almost impossible for you. The car lights up some icons that announce that it is running out of oil, or gas, or there is a problem with the engine or brakes. But you ignore it and continue to use it. Some time goes by when nothing happens, because the car gave some advance warning. You put gas in it and it keeps running but the other icons are still on. The mechanic is expensive and takes time. Maybe you stopped and gave it good maintenance, replaced some parts and the car will run longer although the wear will become evident in a few years and depending on use and care. Or maybe you simply ignored all the warnings and your car deteriorated to a point where it was unusable, it cannot be repaired because the main mechanisms that made that car work broke.


In this example, the icon is the symptom, which begins by warning you that something is wrong, and the illness would be the breakdown of various mechanisms due to you having ignored the warning. Sometimes it is repairable and sometimes it is not.

If, on top of that, you use fuel full of garbage instead of good fuel, your system will become clogged or all that dirt will accumulate until the car breaks down.


Remember, in this whole example you are not the car. But the car depends on you for its proper functioning.


The biological body is being poisoned on a scale that is incomprehensible and unimaginable for humans. At the level of nutrition, breathing, frequencies, emotionally and psychically. The "vehicle" is really strong enough to withstand all the chemical, physical and electromagnetic stress that our beloved and altered 3D planet provides. The mere fact of surviving is already a heroic act.


You need to become aware of the quality of the fuel you are putting in your car. From the time you are in your mother's womb, you are receiving poison. Processed foods, canned goods, breads, sweets and many other things are loaded with codes that are indecipherable to the body. It is a soup of toxins. Many of the supplements and foods that you consume, the body simply does not know what to do with them. At a molecular level, it is unrecognizable information, the cell cannot use it.


If we add to this clothing, soaps, detergents, hair care products, makeup, skin creams and lotions which are mostly toxic and carcinogenic, shoes with soles made of insulating materials that do not allow a correct discharge of static electricity which accumulates in your body, fluoride in the water and stress which unconsciously keeps you in a state of alert, flight or fight which translates into chemicals released into our bloodstream constantly, with all the associated consequences, you will realize that your health is not a priority for governments, nor for the producing industries, nor for large transnational companies and corporations whose names or real owners you do not know.


Additives, flavour enhancers, colourings, these are nothing new to you. You also know about pesticides, you have read about them somewhere, heard some news. But you still buy the cheapest because quantity is more important than quality.


You need to stop and reconsider what your priorities are.


CHANGE BEGINS WITH AWARENESS.


Starting to analyze your day can be the key to improving your health. Take a few minutes to review your routine, what you did, what you ate, how often you took deep breaths, what your back or body posture is like during your work hours or when doing chores around the house, how you felt in the company of your family, friends or colleagues, what worries you, what you would like to change and why, how many times you consumed refined carbohydrates such as bread, sweets, sugars, highly processed foods, the amount of water you drank, if you wear glasses or even if you don't wear them try to remember how many times you looked away from what you were looking at up close to look at something in the distance, at the relaxed position of your eyes, or if you have a lot of electronic equipment near you all the time.



BUY LOCAL.

After your awareness and if you repeat the exercise for several days, ideally it would be good to do it before going to sleep, it is obvious that you will have to make changes in your routine. Nobody can do it for you, it is your responsibility. A few changes can make a big difference and direct your life towards a better destination. You can use a stopwatch or an application on your mobile phone that reminds you to stop and breathe deeply several times a day, to relax your eyes, or if you work a lot of time sitting down to get up from your seat and move for a few seconds. Learn to identify dominant negative thoughts and feelings, change them for something positive, harmonious, joyful.

But when it comes to food, consider buying your food from nearby producers, perhaps small businesses or farms, and if you can harvest part of your food, all the better. Do your research and you will surely find places that harvest in the most natural way possible, and that the meat you consume comes from producers who understand the importance of grazing and good treatment of animals. Try to cook your food at home as much as possible and avoid canned, packaged, processed at high temperatures, read the labels. Avoid wheat or try an organic wheat ground in a stone mill, not an industrial machine, and if you find a bakery that makes sourdough bread, try consuming it and see how it goes. But the consumption of any wheat should be drastically reduced. Dairy products depend a lot on where you live. In some places you can still have access to natural, unpasteurized milk and homemade cheeses, but almost all dairy products sold in supermarkets, even if they say they are hormone and antibiotic free, are not foods that our body can process. In the case of sweets, it is preferable to make homemade jam with a little sugar or sweeten it with honey and find more natural options with sugars that our body can recognize, such as those found in fruit, for example.


Once you have regained the control that has been taken away from you through information, manipulation and indoctrination, you will have taken a very important step towards healing in all its forms, because once you become aware of this, there will be no turning back and little by little you will begin to vibrate with new information. Now a world that was previously invisible even when it was around you will begin to become visible and possible. It is time to reconsider history. You did not evolve from primates here on Earth, nor are you the body, nor is visible reality all that exists. Perhaps it was your illness that led you down this path with the sole purpose of helping you evolve.
